It starts on pastry notes of cocoa and almond, vanilla and lime peel. The palate is rich and oily, it follows the nose with more flowers and orange, tobacco, raisins, berries, almonds and hazelnuts that lead to a very long, spicy and fresh peppery finish. Aged for 13 years in 200L bourbon casks in Guyana and 2 years in 350L Ferrand casks in France.
